Dr. Terry A. Sellke DDS, MS
I have been in the practice of orthodontics since 1973. One week after graduation I flew to Pacific Palisades and spent a month with Dr Robert M Ricketts. It changed my life and my approach to treatment forever.
In the next 3 years I took many courses with Rick, Carl Gugino, Ruel Bench, and Jim Hilgers. I took what I learned back to University of Illinois where I was on faculty in the department of Orthodontics. I taught the principles of Bioprogressive there for 36 years before my retirement as co-director if the orthodontic clinic and professor in 2006. I have recently renewed my commitment to Illinois by becoming an adjunct professor and masters thesis advisor.
Over 40 years I have taught Bioprogressive Orthodontics worldwide. My materials on Bioprogressive treatment have been translated into 4 languages.
In recent years my focus has been on practice efficiency incorporating delegation and technology into a systematic approach to better and faster patient care. My Bioprogressive background has guided me well in these clinical endeavors.
I have a wonderful private practice in Grayslake, Antioch, and Grayslake, Il with my partner Dr Donald Reily.
